Experienced Expert Who Partners with Clients

Joe is a partner with Birnbrey Minsk Minsk and Pearling, a boutique tax and accounting strategy firm helping businesses be more profitable by taking the time to develop the right strategy for each individual client.

Joe has over twenty years of accounting and tax experience working with small business owners and individuals. His specific areas of expertise include accounting, income tax, and consulting  for clients in widely diverse industries with an emphasis on real estate endeavors, professional services, retail, and a broad cross-section of service businesses and investment partnerships.  Joe also works with solo pro entrepreneurs helping them effectively manage their tax needs as their business grows.  Joe excels in client service and developing proactive tax strategy in response to changing tax regulations. 

He is a graduate of Emory University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in accounting.   Joe is currently on the Council of the Georgia Society of CPAs and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the organization from 2008 – 2012. In 2005, Joe received the Distinguished Section Leader Award for his work with the Real Estate Section.
